Payment

we accept paypal, money order and credit cards. If you want to pay with your credit card over the phone please call: 514 - 336.1001.

Shipping

**Please allow 3-10 business days before shipping, as we do not carry a stock of all ring sizes.
***For gold designs only, please allow 14-18 business days before shipping.

all items are insured!
We ship with a tracking number for a flat rate, worldwide.
Most of orders will be shipped from Montreal but custom orders (or special requests for ring sizes) will be shipped directly from Artisan Impact  studio in Israel or directly from the other designers.

Refunds and Exchanges

no refunds.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please convo us so we can try to work out the problem.
